Psychotherapy at Lily Rogers Therapy uses evidence-based approaches to provide individuals with mental health support for a variety of issues. These issues include, but are not limited to, working through the effects of trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress, burnout, career direction, and self-esteem issues.
Performance Coaching
Performance coaching for career growth – together we will look at limiting beliefs getting in the way of your best performance, opportunities to optimize the ways you work, strategies for managing up and across with management and stakeholders, stress management techniques, burnout prevention, and more.
Please note that coaching is an unregulated profession that is distinct from psychotherapy and is not covered by most benefits providers. Sessions will be billed as coaching, and cannot be submitted under psychotherapy.
Meditation
A customized meditation based on what you are working through right now. Lily will create and present this meditation to you live in session with time at the beginning and end to introduce and debrief the session.
